Online Session III
This 4-week online session meets each Sunday afternoon from 3:00-4:00 p.m. EST beginning March 22 and ending April 19 (no meeting on April 5). We’ll open with a discussion of literary community between National Book Award finalist Lauren Groff and New York Times bestseller Jami Attenberg, two longtime friends and true community builders. Beloved bookseller, Pulitzer Prize finalist, and perennial New York Times bestseller Ann Patchett will take us behind the scenes as a writer (and seller) of books. National Book Award finalists Emily St. John Mandel and Rumaan Alam will discuss seeing their work on the screen, and the series will close with author and Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe discussing the importance of truth in literature. All sessions will be recorded and shared with registrants who cannot attend in real time.
